Few day after Cyntia Morgan accused her former record label manager, Jude Okoye of shattering her music career, Jude reacted by saying Cynthia Morgan’s contract with his record label (Northside Records) expired in 2017 and added that owes her nothing.
And on the contrary, Jude alleged that the dance hall singer still owes him more than 40 million dollars.
Jude made this claim why on a live interview with Instagram influencer Tunde Ednut.
Cynthia Morgan whose stage name is now Madrina also accused Jude of blocking her social media accounts and added that she was not allowed to use her stage name after her exit from Jude Okoye’s Northside Records.
Speaking with Tunde Ednut in the said interview, Jude said she still has access to her social media accounts and added that she burned all the bridges he built for her and even questioned his importance in her life.
Also speaking on the exit of another singer, May D from his record label, Jude Okoye said he spent more than hundred thousand dollars on May D. He said he gave May D a contract but after 2 weeks the singer came back stating that there were no incentives in the contract.
The label manager who described May D as an up-and-coming singer said May D asked for a car and an apartment in Lekki despite the fact that he had not done any shows while under the label.
